One day before making the recipe, peel the bananas and split them in three parts. Put them in a container or plastic bag and freeze overnight.
The following day, add bananas and all other ingredients into a food processor and blend for 3-5 minutes, or until a very creamy mixture has formed.
Evenly distribute the mixture into 4 martini glasses and garnish with a slice of avocado and slice of lemon peel.
